As our bracelets are all handmade and made to order, the preparation and dispatch of an order can take between 1 and 3 working days.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched (provided the e-mail address you have given is correct 🙊). In this e-mail you will find a link to track your package.
You will find in the table below, the delays announced by the carriers.

Price and delivery time:

The price and delivery time can be calculated on the shopping cart page, simply by using the destination postcode.
All orders are sent in bubble letters that fit perfectly in all letterboxes.
Please note that these shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Standard delivery is offered to you!
Your order will be sent by tracked mail (La Poste) and delivered within 3 to 5 working days (for metropolitan France) directly to your mailbox, without signature.
For a faster delivery, we propose a delivery in 24 hours for metropolitan France via UPS carrier. This delivery is charged 5€.

• You live in Europe or elsewhere in the world? 🌍

Your order will be shipped by tracked mail. Delivery is made within 3 to 7 working days (in Europe) and up to 15 working days for other countries. You will be charged 2.50€.
Please note! Customs fees may be charged upon arrival of the package in your country.
