Returns conditions

Despite all the care we have taken to make your order, you are not satisfied with your bracelet or you want to change the size?

No problem, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return your bracelet to us:
1) Place the product(s) in a cardboard box or bubble wrap (we invite you to reuse the original bubble wrap) and include a sheet of paper with your name, order number and the reason for the return.
2) Send the products to the following address:

In all cases, the product must be intact in its original pouch and the return costs are at your expense.
We strongly advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number.

Refund

❗️ If the returned product does not comply with these returns conditions, the refund will not be made.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return.
Then give us a maximum of one week to process the refund.

Exchange

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return.
Your new bracelet will then be shipped within 2 to 3 business days 😃
