Which size should I choose? 🤔
To know which size to choose, measure the size of the wrist of the person who will wear the bracelet using a tape measure. If you don’t have one, use a string or ribbon, mark where the string goes around the entire wrist, then measure the string with a ruler.
Using the chart below, you can find your size:

Choose if you prefer to wear your bracelets snug or looser.
→ The size of your wrist is not in the chart?
No problem! We can make all sizes to measure at no extra cost. To do so, send us a small message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
→ Is it a gift?
Here is an idea of the “standard” sizes. Don’t worry! If the size doesn’t fit, we will change it at no extra cost.
For a child: Between XXS (- 6 years old) or XS (+ 6 years old)
For a woman: Between S, M and L
For a man: Between XL or XXL
Are the bracelets water resistant?
Absolutely! Our bracelets are made with water resistant beads, so you can wear them on the beach, in the pool or in the shower without any problem 💦.
Why are the bracelets elastic and not adjustable?
We have chosen the elastic method because our bracelets are made to be assembled by two, three or more, thus avoiding the problem of unsightly clasps or threads that hang 🙅.
How are the bracelets made?
Our bracelets are all handmade, in France 🇫🇷, and made to order. We use Tila & Half Tila beads of the Miyuki brand (the oldest Japanese bead manufacturer, known worldwide for their superior quality).
Why did you choose these associations?
Even though we would love to, unfortunately we cannot help all associations / organizations / foundations… So we had to choose, which is sometimes difficult, but hopefully we covered a wide range of causes and fields, in France and around the world.
If you have an association or if you personally support a cause that you can’t find on our site, don’t hesitate to send us a message, we would be delighted to exchange with you to orient our future products 💭.
Can I get a tax reduction after buying a bracelet?
No, simply because donations are made directly by our company. If you wish to obtain a tax reduction, we invite you to make one (or more!) donation by making them directly to the associations.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
To place an order you do not have to create an account, you can do it as a guest.
However, creating an account will allow you to track the status of your current orders and returns, place future orders more quickly and easily, and view your purchase history.
Is the payment secure?
Of course it is! Our payment solutions are 100% secure 🔒. In no way do we receive, record or keep any information about your banking information.

When will my order be shipped?
All bracelets are made to order, especially for you. It takes 2 to 3 business days maximum for your order to be ready to ship 📦.
Has my order been processed?
Upon acceptance of your payment, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page.
You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.
In case of any problem, we invite you to contact our customer service at email@example.com indicating the date and amount of the order.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
After receiving the confirmation email of your order, you can no longer cancel or modify it ❌. However, you will of course be able to return the items after receipt for a refund or an exchange (the return costs will then be at your expense).
What are the delivery options?

Standard delivery is offered to you!
Your order will be sent by tracked mail (La Poste) and delivered within 3 to 5 working days (for metropolitan France) directly to your mailbox, without signature.
For a faster delivery, we propose a delivery in 24 hours for metropolitan France via UPS carrier. This delivery is charged 5€.
- You live in Europe or elsewhere in the world? 🌍
Your order will be shipped by tracked mail. Delivery is made within 3 to 7 working days (in Europe) and up to 15 working days for other countries. You will be charged 2.50€. Please note! Customs fees may be charged upon arrival of the package in your country.
Where can I track the delivery of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking link of your order.
This will allow you to track your order in real time 🚚.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you have the slightest problem with your order (lost package, defective item, missing item…) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form and we will offer you a solution as soon as possible ⚡️.
Do you accept returns?
Although all our bracelets are custom-made to fit you perfectly, we accept the return of your order within 15 days from the date you received it, for a refund or exchange.
In all cases, the product must be returned to us intact in its original packaging, the return costs remaining at your expense.
If the returned product does not comply with these conditions, the refund will not be made.
I have returned a product for refund, have you received it?
Don’t panic! We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return.
Then give us a maximum of one week to process the refund.
I got the wrong size, how do I exchange it?
You have 15 days from the date you received your order to return your bracelet and tell us the size you want in exchange 😊.
How do I submit a return?
If you wish to return a product, here is the procedure to follow:
1) Place the product(s) in a cardboard box or bubble wrap (we invite you to reuse the original bubble wrap) and include a sheet of paper with your name, order number and the reason for the return.
2) Send the products to the following address:

We strongly advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number.
Is there an after-sales service for your bracelets?
Yes, of course! Has your bracelet been damaged or broken? It happens… even to the best 😉
Send us an e-mail to email@example.com with a picture of your bracelet.
In most cases, we will be able to repair it for you without any problem.
